Have you booked a venue that already has a bar fitted to the reception space?

We can supply our professional RSA staff members to provide your bar service.

Minimum Hire & Conditions:

Minimum hire time of 3 hours per staff member

For all events greater than 30 guests, at least 2 staff are required for the duration of your event

Staff walk in/walk out - customers are to supply all service equipment including glassware, trays, water dispensers, ice, wash station, etc.

30 minutes either side of service is required for setup/pack down as staff will only be onsite for the agreed time. Additional charges apply for overtime.

Additional staff are required for tray or table service (you need 1 staff member per 25 guests).

Final numbers are required to ensure adequate RSA, should final guest numbers be higher than advised, this will be seen as a breach conditions and will result in additional charges or refusal of service with no applicable refund.
