RSA is Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Our employees have RSA certification which must be updated every 5 years. It is a requirement, by law to have an RSA to serve alcohol.

Hire periods are discussed with you in advance. 

We will arrive in enough time to set up  before your guests arrive and the event starts. 

Now don't worry if your event is not on the weekend, the same applies for any booked event.

This is included in the package pricing. 

You will notice that our packages say from $. Our packages are based on the number of guests and service time, with travel of up to 50 kilometres (each way) included. 

If you have more guests or are further away, get in touch we can still help.

Yes, we understand that things change, guests numbers are only known after RSVP numbers are received. 

Please remember that we need to order in your chosen flavours so do require time for freight/delivery.

Yes, we will require a 20% non-refundable booking fee based on the package you choose.
Booking is not reserved until your deposit is received. Once your deposit is received, we will refuse other bookings on that same date.

Cocktails can be added but as above we need to order the stock so a minimum of 4 weeks notice is required.

Full payment of the remaining balance is required 7 days prior to your event date. We will send you a reminder.

Booking fees are non-refundable. Any money paid above the booking fee is refundable to you.

• Minimum hire time of 3 hours per staff member.
• For all events greater than 30 guests, at least 2 staff are required for the duration of your event to ensure minimum standards of service.
• Staff walk in/walk out - customers are to supply all service equipment including glassware, trays, water dispensers, ice, wash station, etc (unless prior arrangements have been made).
• 30 minutes either side of service is required for setup/pack down as staff will only be onsite for the agreed time. (2 hour service is a 3 hour hire, as above, minimum hire is 3 hours).
• Additional staff are required for tray or table service (you need 1 staff member per 25 guests).
• Final numbers are required to ensure adequate RSA, should your final guest numbers be higher than advised, this will be seen as a breach of hire conditions and will result in additional charges or refusal of service with no applicable refund.

Yes absolutely!

The Vibe Bar has Public Liability insurance, our vehicles are insured and we have Workers Insurance (Workers compensation) to cover our employees.
